Metricool Starter is $25 a month for up to 5 brands and $45 for up to 10, billed monthly, and Advanced starts at $67 a month. On annual billing Starter is from $20 a month for 5 brands and $36 for 10, and Advanced from $53 a month. Metricool prints no yearly total.
SocialBee Bootstrap is $29 a month, billed monthly, or $24.2 a month, billed annually ($290 a year). On monthly billing that is $29 against Starter's $25; on yearly billing, $24.2 a month ($290 a year) against Starter's from $20 a month. SocialBee pricing gives the yearly totals for Accelerate and Pro.

Metricool's post approval system is on Advanced, from $67 a month for up to 15 brands, billed monthly. SocialBee's starts on Accelerate at $49 a month, billed monthly, although role approval rights are unclear in the help center, so check which roles can approve during the trial.
Metricool's pricing page lists no recycling of evergreen posts. SocialBee has it on every plan: an evergreen category re-queues its posts and starts again after the last one.
