SocialBee pricing: choose the working setup

Last materially reviewed 2026-09-21

Quick answerCompare profiles, users, workspaces and required approval features before comparing headline prices.
Likely to work well when

✓ Small teams maintaining useful recurring content

✓ A library that someone can review and update

✓ A deliberate mix of automatic and owned manual tasks

Important limitations

— Guaranteed unattended delivery of every native format

— Enterprise compliance or specialized approval requirements without a demonstration

— A tiny stable calendar that already works well

What to know

Price begins with four separate counts

Count connected social profiles, people who need access, independently managed businesses and the features required to finish your work. Those quantities do not rise together. Ten profiles controlled by one person are different from five profiles reviewed by three colleagues. SocialBee’s public plan matrix separates these allowances. Before comparing costs, list your real requirements and identify which are essential now, which are occasional and which are merely attractive possibilities for a future team.

What to know

The current base-plan reference

On 21 September 2026 the public monthly table showed Bootstrap at $29, Accelerate at $49 and Pro at $99; annual totals were $290, $490 and $990. Confirm currency, tax, billing commitment and checkout terms directly before paying. The page also displayed an expired June promotion, which we have intentionally not treated as available. These figures are a dated reference, not a quote, a promised discount or a prediction of future pricing.

What to know

Compare the cost of the working configuration

A lower base price is not cheaper if it leaves the necessary reviewer outside the system or requires a second tool to finish routine work. Ask for the complete configuration, including any additional users, workspaces or retained design and reporting subscriptions. Do the same for competitors. Use the cost worksheet with one currency and one billing basis. Keep setup time separate from recurring charges so a first-month project does not masquerade as a permanent expense.

What to know

When an upgrade is worth considering

Upgrade for a demonstrated requirement, not because the higher plan removes anxiety about hypothetical future needs. If an occasional task can be handled safely in an existing tool, document that workaround and its effort. If it repeatedly breaks the workflow, compare the relevant upgrade against a different product. Revisit the decision after ordinary use: a plan that looks suitable on paper can still create too much review, reconnection or manual publishing work for the team.

The evidence behind this buying guidance

This guide draws on SocialBee pricing and feature matrix, checked 21 September 2026, SocialBee: managing businesses and account allowances. Merchant-controlled records describe the provider’s own capabilities, terms or standards; they do not independently validate those claims. These records do not establish independent confirmation of the product claims.

Verify any current price, plan limit, label direction, compatibility rule, or commercial term that would materially change the decision. The dated source ledger shows the underlying records so this conclusion can be checked and updated.
