Price is not the first dividing line
The public plan matrix lists five connected profiles for Bootstrap and ten for Accelerate. Both show one workspace and one user in their base configuration. That makes the initial question about the actual publishing arrangement, not merely how much content you hope to create. Count the profiles you need now and identify who must work in the account. A larger profile allowance does not, by itself, solve a collaboration or client-separation requirement.
Match features to the working task
The current table places functions such as CSV bulk import and content approval in Accelerate and Pro. Confirm the exact feature and any add-on arrangement directly before subscribing. Then ask whether it removes a real recurring problem. Importing a large historical archive once is different from preparing batches every week.
