Is SocialBee legit: the short answer
Yes: SocialBee is a paid scheduler with public prices, billed through FastSpring, with no contract and a 30-day money-back guarantee on the first purchase, all as its own pages state it. Its lowest plan, Bootstrap, is $29 a month, billed monthly, as read on 7 October 2026.
SocialBee's help center names FastSpring as its payment processor and reseller, and its pricing FAQ lists cards, PayPal and Amazon Payments. The help center adds that PayPal payments must be in US dollars. SocialBee's Terms of Service were last updated on March 13, 2026.

Try SocialBee free for 14 days →Refunds and the 30-day money-back guarantee
SocialBee's terms give a 30-day money-back guarantee on the initial purchase, not renewals, while its help center also says refunds are made at its discretion.
The Terms of Service say refunds are issued only within that 30-day period. SocialBee's help center says it does not prorate refunds for a cancellation made mid-month or mid-year, or after an annual renewal, and that you may request a refund for a billing error or overpayment.
MeetEdgar gives a 30-day trial with full access and charges the card automatically when it ends, which suits a buyer who wants a longer test than 14 days. RecurPost pairs a 14-day trial with its own 30-day money-back guarantee on new plans.
Credit card, contract and cancellation
SocialBee's pricing page says no credit card is needed for the trial, while its Terms of Service say billing details may be required before a free trial begins, so read the sign-up screen before relying on it.
Before any payment, the 14-day trial lets you check SocialBee with your own profiles; SocialBee free trial lists what it includes.
SocialBee's pricing FAQ says there are no contracts or long-term commitments. Its Terms of Service say a cancellation is processed at the end of the billing cycle, and its help center says the service stays active until then. A pause of 1 to 3 months stops your posting schedule. Export is not self-serve, so request your content from support while the service is still active: export your SocialBee content explains the route.
Known limits a careful buyer should check
SocialBee's help center and changelog document these limits.
- Exporting content is not self-serve; support sends a CSV file.
- SocialBee retired its browser extension in March 2026.
- A post reported as failed can still have published.
- Posts scheduled during an outage are not published retroactively.
Is SocialBee safe for client accounts?
SocialBee's answer for client work is the workspace. Its home page says each workspace keeps analytics and inbox activity separate, and its help center advises managing each client's profiles separately. Only the Owner can create or delete workspaces, and a workspace has four roles: Owner, Manager, Publisher and Contributor.
Role approval rights are unclear in the help center, and extra users are an add-on, so ask SocialBee how a client reviewer is seated and priced before you build a sign-off step on it. For 15 accounts, SocialBee's help center names Pro: 25 profiles, 3 users per workspace and 5 workspaces, $990 a year, billed annually. The SocialBee review covers every plan.
