Set up a handoff with an identifiable owner
A manual publishing task needs more than a time in a calendar. Record who will act, which account they must use and where the final content can be found. Include the intended caption, media and destination together. Do not make the owner assemble the approved message from several chat threads at the last minute. A clear handoff should let a competent colleague understand the exact job without needing the original author to narrate it.
Prepare the device and account boundary

Confirm access through the supported account arrangement; do not share credentials as a workaround. Check that the person can distinguish client or brand accounts on the device. The most polished content package is not ready if its intended publisher lacks access or is unsure which identity will be used when the final action is taken.
Verify the final message before committing
Inspect the caption and media after they enter the destination app. Formatting, link behavior and creative options may differ from the planning view. Preserve important qualifications and avoid improvising an unreviewed offer because a field is inconvenient. If the message cannot be completed as approved, stop and record the specific problem. A slightly delayed or cancelled post is often preferable to an inaccurate one that becomes difficult to correct after it has been seen or shared.
Close the task with the actual outcome
Record the live destination and time when publication is verified, or leave the task explicitly unresolved. If the operator is interrupted, another person should know whether an attempt occurred and what remains unknown. Do not ask the backup to repeat the action blindly. Check the native account first and reconcile the original item. The handoff is complete when the intended result is known, not when a notification was sent or someone acknowledged receiving it.
